Why Nevada Wins PAC exists

Decisions made in Carson City shape Nevada law. Nevada Wins PAC was formed to focus resources on state legislative elections and the voters who can determine close races. Nonpartisan voters make up a large share of the electorate in competitive districts, yet often receive less attention from traditional party campaigns.

Rather than working across every office on the ballot, we concentrate on legislative seats. That focus gives its team a defined goal: identify competitive districts, study the electorate, and run an outreach program in the races it selects.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help elect Republican majorities in the Nevada Senate and Assembly by focusing on competitive legislative races and engaging nonpartisan voters. For the 2025–26 cycle, we have targeted legislative races where it believes a majority is attainable.

​How We Work

​​

We bring a specialized focus to legislative contests combining a data team with local field work, polling, and communications. We have worked together for five election cycles, including two as part of the Washoe County Republican Party; 2025–26 is its third cycle operating as Nevada Wins PAC.

Our team reviews voter registration and past election results to identify potentially competitive districts. We then consider candidates’ appeal to nonpartisan voters before settling on target races and our program uses polling and voter data to inform mail, social media, canvassing, and other contact efforts.

We also have a paid intern program, precinct walking, slate mailers, radio, and get out the vote work. The exact mix of activities depends on the race.
